I love to use my Design Space app to work on projects while "watching" tv with my husband in the evenings. One of the drawbacks is that the iPad (or IPhone) has very few system fonts that are good for die cutting. They are just your everyday plain Jane fonts. So...if you want to design with the font favorites like Samantha or Magnolia Sky, you have to find a way to add fonts to your iPad. Lucky for us, there's an app for that!
So you are finally ready to jump in to learning Cricut Design Space. **happy dance** I know it can be overwhelming, but I am going to do my best to break it down for you easy peasy. One of the very first things you will probably want to learn in Cricut Design Space is how to "weld". Welding means that you are taking two separate images and "welding" them into one single image. This is especially used when you want to cut out a word but need it all connected. Here is how to weld in Cricut Design Space using the app on the ipad or phone.
